I’m Kaitlin, a creative problem solver with 18 years of experience in design & art direction. Having cultivated skills at small design firms, to in-house creative departments, to agencies; I’ve been busy delivering results for clients from CPG to alc/bev to beauty to pharma to petcare. I believe true magic can happen when clever design and strategy-driven communication come together in harmony. I celebrate any opportunity to collaborate alongside talented people and believe that leadership is all about helping others shine.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, interior design, traveling, painting and fitness. You can often catch me arranging items in my home in rainbow order, having dance parties with my 6 year old or consuming some form of comedy.

I’m a passionate maker, and love discovering new ways to create—whether it’s illustration, calligraphy, embroidery or styling, I’m down to try it!

I currently live in Raleigh, North Carolina with my husband, daughter and cranky old Shiba Inu, Desmond.
